Retreat: Ceremony of Transition into the New Year, 2025

Time:12 pm - 7 pm



Facilitators: Dina Ostrovskaya and Aliya Kamenshikov


Schedule:  

- 12 PM - 2 PM: Closing old, outdated narratives. Ritual to set intentions for 2025.

- 2 PM - 3 PM: Potluck lunch.

- 3 PM - 5 PM: Sound healing session and Song Circle with Aliya. Sound healing session and Song Circle with Aliya.

- 5 PM - 6 PM: Firewalking ceremony. Participants can choose to take part or support from the circle.

- 6 PM - 7 PM: Healing sound bath with Aliya.


Additional Information:   You are welcome to stay at our center until Sunday.


Sunday Schedule:  

- 10 AM - 11 AM: Qigong

- 11 AM: Breakfast

- 12 PM - 2 PM: Nature walk


Retreat Pricing:  

- $95 if paid by December 28

- $125 after December 28

- Accommodation & breakfast at the Dragon Nest Center: $75 for a double room, $150 for a single room.

Firewalking is an ancient ritual of purification and the cultivation of inner courage, resilience, and creative potential.


As we walk barefoot over hot coals, we: - Break free from limitations instilled in childhood, such as the warning "don't touch the hot."
