On Saturday, we embarked on a day-long journey filled with sensory experiences, including sensual yoga, shamanic breathwork, a Russian banya session, a firewalk, and an art class. What made this retreat truly special is that most of these sessions were led by my dedicated students.
Among the activities, I had the privilege of guiding the firewalk experience. For me, leading a firewalk feels like the ultimate test in my role as an instructor at my magician's school. It's a powerful and transformative experience that symbolizes a significant step in our journey.
